Deposit
A deposit of 1/3rd is required to secure the Booking. The balance to be paid within 6 weeks of the due date.
Bookings taken in less than 6 weeks of the due date, the full amount will be payable.
Short Breaks
Short Breaks available out of the busy season. Please phone or email for prices. We are also flexible on change-over days during this period too.
Club Passes
Club Pass costs are INCLUDED in the price and cover everyone (6) in the caravan.
Included in the Price
All heating, electric, hot/cold water, bedding/linen, summer/winter duvets, throws, pillows, pillow protectors, travel cot and high-chair, garden table and chairs and BBQ. Beds made up on arrival. Basics in the kitchen and bathrooms, eg shower gel, washing up liquid. Games, books, DVDs, toys. The Club Pass covering everyone in the Caravan.
You will need to bring your own towels and bed linen for the travel cot.
Arrival/Departure times
Arrival is from 3 pm to allow time for a Deep clean and departure by 10 am
