Refund Policy

For Waterlake Holiday Caravans

CANCELLATIONS

1. For cancellations made prior to 6 weeks before the holiday due date,
the deposit will be refunded, less expenses incurred.

2. For cancellations made within 6 weeks from the holiday due date, the
rent will be refunded, (less expenses incurred) if the property can be re-let. If we are unable to
re-let the property for that period, the full rental will be payable.

3. If the balance is not paid when it is due, this is treated as a cancellation.
The deposit will be refunded, (less expenses incurred) if the property can be re-let. If we are
unable to re-let the property for that period, then the full rental will be
payable.

In the event of a Pandemic outbreak and Government restrictions on travel and holiday accommodation being closed, then we would refund all monies paid.

COVID19

Whilst we know that all the Government restrictions have now been lifted, we are acutely aware that for some people, if they catch COVID19, they may be hospitalised, or too poorly to travel.  In view of these situations occurring within 6 weeks of your start date, we offer you the option of moving your holiday dates to the future. if the cost of your new arrangement is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference. Alternatively, our normal refund conditions apply, as above.
